Fitness training is a suitable supplementation of any tennis training. It contents
excercises which focus especially on a development of motoric skills that are
neccessary for tennis, just like compensatory and relaxation excercises.

This course is suitable for children at the age of 5 - 10. Lessons focus on correct sport
habbits, especially a correct running technique and correct posture.
Excercises develop the coordination, motoric activity, dexterity and
speed. Part of this training are games and competitions.
